Brethren, for any Lodge who will be accepting the Grand Master’s Dispensation to cancel their Stated Communication, you may use this Dispensation to comply with our Bylaws.
Please remember to communicate with your members! Consider a phone-tree type approach. Get your Lodge Officers involved and the many hands will make light work of informing as many of your members as possible should your Lodge opt to cancel its Stated Communication (those occurring during the next 30 days).
Do not confuse any of this, Brethren. This is an OPTION the Grand Master has provided. Based on well-versed information from inside the medical field, the Grand Master has made certain RECOMMENDATIONS. YOU and YOUR LODGE do not have to follow these recommendations. You are just highly encouraged to consider them.
